Loops contact-based pricing saved us vs per-email billing

We send onboarding drips, feature announcements, and transactional from one product. Per-email pricing made finance nervous every time we shipped a new trigger.

Loops charges by contacts with unlimited sends on each tier. Predictable for a SaaS that emails often. We still use Resend for pure transactional API calls.

      Same split here. Loops for marketing lifecycle, Resend for receipts. Two bills, zero surprise overages.
