HubSpot Breeze AI vs a standalone ESP for a 50-person B2B team?

Marketing team of four, sales team on HubSpot Professional. We send newsletters, nurture sequences, and event invites. HubSpot keeps pitching Breeze AI for copy and workflows.

My question: for teams already deep in HubSpot, does Breeze close the gap enough that a standalone ESP is overkill? Or are we going to hit creative and automation limits fast?

We are also looking at Brew for on-brand generation because our emails still look like default HubSpot templates. Curious what hybrid setups people run.

If CRM and email must share one timeline, HubSpot wins on data model. If your pain is emails looking generic and taking forever to build, Breeze helps copy but not design. We kept HubSpot for CRM and use Brew for creative, then push HTML back in.

Watch pricing past Starter. HubSpot email gets expensive as contacts grow, and you are locked into their send infrastructure. For event-driven product emails, Customer.io often fits better than HubSpot marketing alone.
